Continuing their efforts in providing the best social networking experience with their handsets, RIM released an update to their popular Twitter for BlackBerry v2.0 Beta app.
Most recently, we saw v2.0 of Twitter for BlackBerry graduating from beta, but now we’re seeing an update that packs along some new features and enhancements to further its experience. Specifically, it features a lighter color scheme, the ability to compose a tweet by accessing the Compose Tweet bar located below the navigation bar, support for local trending topics, easy access to user profiles, and performance enhancements that improve its stability.
If you’re a member, you can actually download the update for Twitter for BlackBerry v2.0 Beta right now through the BlackBerry BetaZone. Naturally, this latest software update goes to show the kind of commitment RIM has in terms of offering the best Twitter experience with their platform.
