When you hear Huawei’s name, you can generally expect to find smartphones that are inexpensively priced – while boasting some reasonable specs. Again, we’re seeing them sticking with the trend as the
Huawei Sonic is an affordable Gingerbread flavored smartphone packed with
NFC capabilities.
First and foremost, the handset is actually debuting in
Turkey as the T20, but more importantly, it features an impressive price point of only
€150 ($215). Considering that it features a 3.5” capacitive touchscreen, Android 2.3 Gingerbread, and offers all the cool things with NFC, it’s rather hard not to like this one since it doesn’t take much out of your pockets to pick one up. Even though we still find very few smartphone with NFC capabilities on board, it’s seemingly refreshing to see the Huawei Sonic arriving on the scene – even better when it’s super cheap!
Still, there is no word if Huawei will actually bring this handset stateside, but in any event, you can always opt to import this one if you really want it.
