One of the most anticipated devices since the CES will finally get launched this summer, according to a tweet from the manufacturer. Motorola Mobility confirmed its intention to release the Motorola DROID Bionic sometime this summer. Apparently, though, final form factor and software is still in flux as the tweet alludes to further updates to the device that are being worked on now.
Summer officially started on Tuesday, so Motorola has about 3 months to deliver the goods. That means that the Motorola DROID Bionic should rear its head sometime in the next 90 days. The question for those Verizon customers with a new phone update burning a hole in their pocket is, do I upgrade to one of the currently available new handsets, or do I wait for the DROID Bionic? Let us know what you are going to do by dropping some words in the comment box below.
