Watch: Czech President steals a pen?

Washington:  A video clip on YouTube showing Czech President Vaclav Klaus apparently pocketing a ceremonial pen during his Chile visit has received more than 100,000 views and counting.

The clip with the headline "President of Czech Republic steals pen," shows Klaus quietly opening a pen box and placing the pen in his pocket as his Chilean counterpart Sebastian Pinera spoke at a  news conference last week.

The pens are encrusted with semi-precious Chilean lapiz lazuili stones, but Pinera spokesperson Constanza Cea said the president's guests are free to take them.
