Fortunately though, word quickly came out that the HTC Flyer would indeed get Honeycomb down the road, but there was no mention about an actual time frame. On its Twitter account, HTC once again confirms that the Android powered tablet will get Honeycomb, however, they mention that its arrival depends on when it’s made available to them by Google. With so many upcoming Android tablets flaunting Honeycomb from the start, the Flyer might seem to be handicapped in that specific area.
Nonetheless, potential future owners can at least hope to see Honeycomb gracing the tablet in the future. Regardless, Sense is still one of the more appreciable customized Android experiences on the market – so it can’t be all that bad.
