Global search engine Google is celebrating the wedding of William and Kate with a Google Doodle depicting the royal carriage in a shower of confetti and London landmarks.
The street scene shows Westminster Abbey, the London Eye and a castle.
Microblogging site Twitter also celebrated in it's own way, with Tweets topping 200 per second
According to a tweet on the Independent, the frequency of #royalwedding tweets was 237 tweets per second.
