AT&T to turn on HSUPA for Motorola ATRIX 4G and HTC Inspire 4G next month

AT&T to turn on HSUPA for Motorola ATRIX 4G and HTC Inspire 4G next month
We have already reported that the Motorola ATRIX 4G and the HTC Inspire both landed at AT&T with their HSUPA radio disabled. The carrier has told CNET that sometime in April, they will turn on the HSUPA radio on both phones with a software update.

HSUPA will allow for upload speeds as high as 5.76Mbps and when it was disclosed that both models had been rolled out without the faster upload speed, customers complained to the Better Business Bureau and other consumer-oriented organizations. And to show that they have indeed learned a lesson, AT&T says that the Samsung Infuse will ship with HSUPA enabled right out of the box.
